Christopher MacLeod, 30, of Ewing, is charged with Possession of more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of more than Five Pounds of Hashish with Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Possess more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Percocet with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Percocet, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon, Possession of a Firearm during a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense, and Financial Facilitation. On March 31, 2021, Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutors Office Narcotics Strike Force, Ocean County Northern and Southern Regional SWAT Teams, Toms River Police Department Emergency Services Unit, Toms River Police Department Special Enforcement Unit, Toms River Police Department Patrol Division, South Toms River Police Department Detective Bureau, South Toms River Police Department Patrol Division, South Toms River Police Department K-9 Unit, and Ocean County Sheriffs Office K-9 Unit participated in the execution of court-authorized search warrants on the three subject premises.
