Shortly after moving back home to Worcester, she earned her Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College; while simultaneously working on her Administrators licence through the Urban Principals Development Program with Teachers 21. Three years later, Laura saw the need of building teacher capacity to further assist students needs which is why she continued growing as a learner and leader and obtained her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas.
